Crockpot Ribs
My husband likes ribs with more of a dry rub than real saucy. I ran across this recipe and just had to try it. Maple syrup and cinnamon? Yum! This was a slow cooker meal which makes it even more appealing! The whole family loved these! We will definitely be having these again!!

INGREDIENTs
- 1 1⁄2lbs boneless pork ribs
- 1⁄4cup maple syrup
- 1⁄4cup soy sauce
- 1tablespoon Worcheshire sauce
- 2tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1teaspoon ground allspice
- 1tablespoon minced garlic, about 6 cloves
- 1tablespoon grated ginger
- dash hot sauce
- ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Sprinkle ribs with pepper and rub into surface. Place meat in slow cooker.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour sauce over meat.
Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
